The European Mixed Poker Championship is about way more than just the niche games of the world. The championship aims to share the passion and love for the games, to show the world that poker can be fun, engaging and full of camaraderie. Attending a mixed games festival is an unique experience, with talkative tables, a friendly atmosphere and a schedule which guarantees you hours of poker every day. Be prepared for one of the greatest weeks of poker you’ve ever experienced!

The buy-ins vary from as low as €100 up to €800.

The minimum age requirement to participate in an EMPC event is determined by the host casino. At Card Casino Bratislava, participants must be at least 18 years old.

You can win entry by playing in one of the many satellites available via our sponsors. Please note: Satellites and qualifiers are not available in all countries.

Can’t qualify? No problem. You can still play by buying directly into a tournament.

You can use: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Casino Wire Transfer, Luxon Pay or Sponsor Credit.

This will depend on the host casino’s own procedures and could be cash or bank transfer.

Yes. You will need to present your passport, driver’s license, or any other valid government issued picture ID.

As of now, our tournaments are not televised. However, we are always exploring opportunities to showcase our events, and television coverage could be a possibility in the future. We recommend all participants to stay informed about any updates regarding media coverage. Should there be any changes to our broadcasting plans, we will notify participants in advance and require the necessary agreements to be signed at that time.

At the casino, players can order from a table-side menu. The third floor hosts an all-you-can-eat buffet, free once daily, and an à la carte restaurant. Additional buffet access costs €10.

Bratislava, centrally located in Europe and near Vienna, is easily accessible. If direct flights to Bratislava are unavailable, consider flying to Vienna. From Vienna, Bratislava is just a 40-60 minute bus or taxi ride away. Additionally, it’s within a 2-3 hour drive from Budapest and Prague.

Event #2, 4#, #6 and #8 has one 30 minute break each, enough time to have a proper meal at the buffet located on the top floor. For the other tournaments they will have short enough days that you will be able to eat before/after.

The casino offers a small variation of food offers, and of a wide variation of drinks, which can be ordered and served at the table. There are also free soda drinks available in the Casino.
